Online Orders

The fastest and most efficient way to order is via our online shopping cart which is completely secure. When you order online, your credit card is quickly processed and your order arrives at the Raw Gourmet shipper very quickly, you also receive your receipt for your records right away. All other methods of ordering are considerably slower, however The Raw Gourmet recognizes that not everyone is able to order online so we also offer the following order methods.

Phone Orders
To order products by phone from The Raw Gourmet, call our 24 hour automatic toll-free order line at 888-316-4611. You can also arrange to pay by check. In your message state the item(s) you want, your mail zip code and your phone number and we will call you back with your total.

In order to avoid 'phone tag' you may opt to leave your entire order at the toll-free order number. This would include name, address, phone number as well as item(s) you want, along with your Visa or MasterCard number, expiration date and CVVS code (last three digits on the back of your card). We will phone you back to confirm that we received the order and to tell you the total for your order.

Mail Orders
You can also order by mail by printing and mailing in our mail order form. However, you will need to call 888-316-4611, tell us the item(s) you want and your zip code and we will call back with your total including shipping, or you can email us for this information. Be sure to include item(s) wanted and zip code. We can not accept checks that don't have the correct shipping amount included.

Foreign Orders
The Raw Gourmet online shopping cart is not set up to accept foreign orders. Shipping to foreign countries is complex and needs to be calculated for you by our Raw Gourmet shipper. We do not ship all the items that we carry to foreign countries, however we are able to ship most of the smaller items and books.

We will let you know by return email what your total including shipping will be. Payment will have to be by telephone as it is unsafe to email or fax credit card numbers.
