1. Pre-Approval Return Policy:
Please call or e-mail for prior approval before returning any items. No returns can be accepted
without prior approval, you will need to obtain a return authorization code from us before you
ship. Customer pays for return shipping. Credit will be given after the product is returned and

2. Damaged product, Defective Product or Incorrectly shipped product Return Policy:
Any product that arrives damaged or defective will be replaced at no cost to you. Any product that
is shipped incorrectly (not the item that you ordered) will be replaced at no cost to you. Always

If you feel a product is defective please call us within 30 days of receipt of product. In some
cases, a simple explanation of how to use the product will be all you need-we are able to

3. General Returns Policy:
Only items in new condition can be returned. Original shipping/handling/insurance charges are not
refundable. There is a 20% restocking fee for returned items. A refund will be posted to your
